C. WOODROW "WOODY" BROWNE
C. Woodrow "Woody" Browne is the founder and president of Building Q, a leading licensing and marketing consulting firm located in Voorhees, NJ. Established in 1992, Building Q represents manufacturers and marketers of consumer products and packaged goods.
Mr. Browne is a three-term past President of the Licensing Industry Merchandisers Association (LIMA) and has served on the Board of Directors. During his terms as President of LIMA, Mr. Browne helped steer the 10-year old organization out of financial hardship, revamp the industry award program and upgrade the associations presence at both Toy Fair and the Licensing Show.
Mr. Browne graduated from Kent State University in 1976, and earned an M.B.A in Marketing from the same institution in 1977. From 1979-1983 he was manager of the lunch-kit business at the Thermos Company. As the person responsible for all of their licensing activity, it was here that Mr. Browne gained his reputation for picking winners. From 1983-1985 he was the Director of Marketing and was promoted to Vice President a year later. At Tyco he was responsible for such toy successes as Disneys "The Little Mermaid", Oopsie-Daisy, Dino-Riders, Spy-Tech, and My Pretty Ballerina.
Mr. Browne lives in Indian Mills, New Jersey with his wife Becky and their three children Allison, Powell, and Amanda. He is a 1995 Ironman World Championship Triathlon finisher. |

GARY SCHNEIDER
Gary Schneider is a Director of Marketing, specializing in toys, hardgoods, and collectible categories. Prior to joining Building Q, Gary worked as a Brand Manager for The Score Board in Cherry Hill, NJ where he cultivated the NFL and NASCAR Trading Card brands. He managed the strategic, design, and delivery processes for up to 10 programs a year. He has also served as a Research Manager for Action Packed Sports Cards in Ft Lee, NJ where he served as the liaison with the PR Departments for all NFL Teams to ensure that all statistics and figures portrayed on trading cards were accurate. Additionally he worked with more than 100 sports photographers nationwide, looking for he best available photos of NFL players. Gary selected all photos for us on the Action Packed Trading Cards. |

PATRICE PAGLIA
Patrice Paglia is the newest member of the Building Q Team, but not at all new to the industry. With more than 20 years of global licensing acquisition and licensing out experience, Patrice brings a wealth of experience to Building Q's clients. Prior to joining Building Q, Patrice spent 18 years in the gift industry with industry leaders Enesco, Precious Moments and Roman, Inc. While working in the gift industry, Patrice established licensing programs for her companies with major licensors i.e.: Disney, Dreamworks, Warner Brothers, Coca-Cola, etc. Patrice has also worked in the toy industry for Hasbro and Learning Curve in various licensing and marketing capacities. |
